Symptoms
Credit Facility category fetch from ELCM is not working, below error is observed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corp user.
2. Navigate to Credit facility.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate credit facility transaction.
