Unable To Perform Corporate Report Mapping To Users As Super Admin (Doc ID 2965917.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to user report mapping maintenance,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request, please try again later.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a Super Admin user
2. Go to System/ Bank Administrator Dashboard --> Corporate Onboarding --> Group Corporate Maintenance > Report Mapping tab
3. Click on save button ,"Error as mentioned above is noted"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,The user is not able to map in user report mapping maintenance.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
