14.7||OBIC-FCUBS||Debit interest liquidation is failing on an expired line


We are observing the below:
1. A line is linked to Current account
2. Current account is over-drawn
3. Debit interest accruals are happening
4. Before debit interest liquidation line is expired
5. Debit interest liquidation is logged in IC deferred table with error code ST-LMT-015
6. Our expectation is that system shall force debit Current account and liquidate debit interest

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A line is linked to Current account
2. Current account is over-drawn
3. Debit interest accruals are happening
4. Before debit interest liquidation line is expired
5. Debit interest liquidation is logged in IC deferred table with error code ST-LMT-015
6. Our expectation is that system shall force debit Current account and liquidate debit interest
