Users are not getting any notification if their account gets locked/unlocked
Users should be getting any notification if their account gets locked/unlocked
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User tries login with incorrect credentials
2. User profile gets locked.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to see any notification if their account gets locked/unlocked.
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
