Symptoms

Inward Bank Guarantee Lodge claim not working. Below error is observed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corp user.
2. Navigate to Claims
3. Search for claims
4. Click on "Claim No" link.
5. Enter details and click on submit button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to submit claim details.
