'Confirmation of Payee' Related Fields Not Displayed on 'Add Payee/Adhoc Payment' Screen (Doc ID 2968554.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Add Payee/Adhoc Payment Creation screen,
the following error traces are observed in the console window and 'Confirmation of Payee' related fields are not displaying on the screen. For ex, 'Account Type', etc.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as 'Retail/Corporate' user.
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Setups > Manage Payees > Add New Payee or navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers > Adhoc Payment
3. Observe the following error in the browser console due to which 'Confirmation of Payee' related fields are not displaying on the screen
Uncaught TypeError: e.split is not a function
