Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expected cashflow created with same customer reference number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multiple cashflow transactions with same customer reference number should not be allowed, be it from onscreen or file upload.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker.
2. Navigate to Create Expected Cash Flow. Click on Create Expected Cash Flow.
3. Fill in all the details and click on Add.
4. Click on Submit.
5. Click on Confirm. A confirmation screen with status pending for approval is displayed.
6. Login via corporate checker user and approve this transaction.
7. Again login with a corporate maker and navigate to View/Edit Expected Cash Flow Details and lookout for the transaction that you just created.
8. Navigate to Upload Files. Select File Type as CMS and choose a file to upload with same reference number that you used above and click on Upload.
9. Once the uploaded file got validated successfully. Login via corporate checker and approve this transaction.
10. Again login via corporate maker and navigate to View/Edit Expected Cash Flow Details and lookout for the transaction that you just created.
