Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
ELCM||Replication to Common Core is failing with Null pointer error during facility creation.
ERROR
-----------------------
ELTransactionProcessor-->Inside FailureException::java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: local part cannot be "null" when creating a QName
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a facility
2.Mark a date in future as expiry date
3. Run EOD on the expiry date
4. Line is expired and available flag is updated as NO in GEDFACLT
5. Available flag remains Y in STDCRFAC
