Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
In Manual status change (STDSTCHN) screen , New status LOV is not populating any data.

Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 3
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.create a new Manual status change screen using function id STDSTCHN
2.select the account number and click on new status mandatory LOV .
3.no records are coming .
