Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate messages are not coming in MSSETPDE 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MSSETPDE  Should display all possible duplicate message 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A contract is created in OBTF which is a possible PDE
2. User goes to MSSETPDE screen to get the details
3. No details are coming either in summary screen or detail screen

 Apply Changes 14.7.0.2.0
