While initiating bills for LC and validating swift code, below error is observed.

ERROR

System cannot process, please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Corp user
2. Navigate to "Initiate LC->Bills"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate LC.
