Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While doing the Guarantee Issuance process FFT CODE LOV fetch is failing.
When we are inputting FFT CODE working fine
If we are not inputting FFT CODE it is not working
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should retrieve values when FFT code is not provided also.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Guarantee Issuance process
2. Go to FFT LOV and not give any criteria
3. Verify whether system is fetching all the FFT codes.
