Symptoms

When attempting to edit transaction blackout the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login via administrator.
2.Navigate to controls and monitoring > transaction blackout.
3.Fill the required details and perform search
4.Choose the transaction, then click on edit.
5.Please update the changes and click on confirm.
6.Please check that system cannot process the request currently please try later. error displayed.
