Symptoms

Version 8123

CTR Record is getting locked and not getting released when navigating back to E-file from CTR Details page.

Navigate to E-file summary >> Open E-file record >> click CTR ID (under Included CTR grid) >> navigate to ctr details page and  then come back to E-file, CTR record is getting locked.
