Historic Migrated CRR Cases And Closed Cases Were Editable. (Doc ID 2969836.1)

Goal

1. Users were able to edit cases after Historic migrated CRR cases and closed cases were in editable state.
2. users were able to select check boxes and save changes.

Actual behavior  :     User able to edit the actions

Expected behavior : After Closure, user cannot perform these actions from UI

Steps :

1, Login to Ussar
2. Chose a report with filed case
3.. Navigate to SUBJECT Information tab for issue 1 and suspicious activity tab for issue 2
4. please check with account information tab for issue 1 and fraud tab for issue 2 as an example.
