In OBLM, Link Account LOV in Structure creation is not fetching accounts created from OBVAM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In OBLM, Link Account LOV in Structure creation should be fetching accounts created from OBVAM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to OBLM Application.
2. Go to Create Structure Screen.
3. Click on Link Account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, on click of Link Account in Structure creation screen user cannot view accounts created from OBVAM in the LOV.
