First time login by a newly onboarded Corporate/Retail user

Symptoms
On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to login Obdx Application,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"First time login flow not completed"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1:Create new user corporate/retail.
2:Complete first time login flow(Accept terms condition/change password /set up security question etc...).
3:You now log in with the user (Don't do anything),"Error as mentioned above is noted"
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Obdx Application.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
