After Disallowing Push Notification From The Pop-up Login Does Not Work For Mobile Device (Doc ID 2971612.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users are not be able to log into OBDx through mobile apps after first installation if they disallow push notifications and nothing happens after clicking on the Login button screen remains the same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Login should function as expected if push notifications are disallow in mobile app for the first time.


STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the OBDX Android App
2 .On opening the application for the first time after installation, notification pop up appears.
3. Select disallow option from the allow notification pop up.



BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Login after disallowing the push notification.
