ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While editing a reconciliation rule, priority value is neither retained nor editable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
While editing a reconciliation rule, priority value should be retained and editable.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced by following below steps:
1. Login with a corporate maker user.
2. Navigate to Viewor Edit Reconciliation Rule. Click on a Rule Id.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Change Rule Name and click on continue
5. Again click on continue -> priority value is not retained and not editable.
