On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support
Error on visiting subsystem tab in LCDTRONL during LC closure/cancellation , system throws the error as r 'Could not get event/event serial no for the contract'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to LCDTRONL and open existing LC contract.
2.Click on Close.
3.Select Close/Cancel.
4.Visit Advices tab.
5.Visit Subsystem tab Commission or Charges Or Settlement or Tax.
