ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On balances tab, labels for "Total" do not update correctly.

Balance tab total label is not updating/changing when we transition through the Radio group options.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Total Label should get updated upon selecting the “Balance Group” radio group options for “YTD” – Transaction Period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to open an account in Customer Service-->Transaction History-->Balances.
2. Check whether while choosing “ITD/CTD” – Transaction Period radio options, then the Total Label is changing based on the “Balance Group” radio group options being selected.
3. Check whether while choosing “YTD” – Transaction Period radio button, then the Total Label is changing based on the “Balance Group” radio group options being selected, currently it's not working.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the Total label displaying total correctly based on the “Balance Group” radio group options being selected.
