ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IBAN Validation Not Allowing Transaction To Move Into Non STP Queue
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This transaction should have moved to non-STP queue based on non-STP rule for "IS_IBAN_INVALID" as true

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Network currency preference for ALL and AED Currency with return payment as YES and return payment GL updated( Txn Type Incoming, Channel-SWIFT)
2. Create non-STP rule for "IS_IBAN_INVALID" as true
3. Upload an MT 103 with invalid IBAN in line 1 field 59
4. System is updating the transaction in incoming browser (PMSINBRW) but the transaction is not available in PXDIVIEW or PQSNSTPQ


Changes

 Deploy the PS 14.7.0.2.0
