On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

 LC QueryContractVersion Webservice is not working as expected.   User's are not able to get proper response and it failing with error as ST-OTHR-001

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post QueryContractVersion Webservice.
2. Verify the response.
