User Faces Error "Total Amount Should Be Equal to Amount to Be Allocated" On Manual Allocation Screen (Doc ID 2974972.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to create manual allocation due to incorrect calculation of percentage to be allocated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manual allocation percentage should be calculated correctly based on amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Receivables Management > Reconciliation >Manual Allocation
3. Select the reference number and create allocation amount.
4. When allocating amount, make sure account has minimum amount.

Note : Total percentage to be allocated going beyond 100 while allocating causes issue in UI validation.
