Symptoms

IN USSAR 8124-Action date field is not seen in UI under 31. Relationship With Financial Institution which is under the subject information tab.
in 802, this field is seen in UI.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any USSAR report
2. Navigate to the 'subject information' tab
3. Check the grid 'Relationship With Financial Institution'
4. 'Action Date' is not showing up on UI. However, the same field is present when user try's to enter/edit the record.
