Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Alert Notification not received for Grace Period Setup for all payment transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Alert Notification should be received for Grace Period Setup for all payment transactions

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as corporate user for which party preference is done.
2. perform any payment transaction -> grace period Expiry alert not received to approver and initiator.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not getting a grace period Expiry alert.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
