Error message shown when authorising payment

User (CROUCHB) has keyed a manual payment in PXDOTONL. Another user have tried to authorize (user SMITHJ) but receiving an error that check and marker can not be the same.

PX-PROC-090 - Maker cannot authorize


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PXDOTONL, create a transaction
2. Verify if other user is able to authorize the transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the transaction.
