Symptoms
Actual Behaviour: No option to reprocess incoming ACH/RTGS OBPM transactions that fails in XSD validaiton.
Expected Behaviour: Option or Feature should be available to reprocess incoming ACH/RTGS obpm transactions that fails in XSD validaiton.

XSD Validation failed in SAXException
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Place the incoming message file for ACH/RTGS message with certain incorrect data
2. Check while processing, ACH/RTGS message fails with XSD validation failure
3. There is no option for bank user to reprocess such message
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reprocess incoming ACH/RTGS message failed with XSD validation.
