On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While closing the account, after balance transfer is done online liquidation done through ICDLIQAC accrual interest is not getting liquidated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While closing the account, after balance transfer is done online liquidation done through ICDLIQAC accrual interest is not getting liquidated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Before closing account.
2. Transfer the balance using PM fund transfer
3. Do online liquidation from ICDLIQAC.
4. Check whether the accrual interest is getting liquidated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidated the interest accrued.
