MT 940 Is Not Generating For Customer (Doc ID 2978301.1)

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT 940 is not generating for customer


We have maintained necessary setting at Live to generate MT 940 . Previously we generated MT940 for other customer following the same documents. Now whenever we are generating MT940 the message is showing Handoff at mtb_dly_msg_out table but the MT940 file contains message body only. No headers are generated inside the 940 message. We have attached both success and failed message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. DO the Account maintenance for 940
2.Generate the statement

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a MT940 statement
