Cheque Status Is Not Updated In DE Transactions (Doc ID 2978304.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The cheque status couldn't be updated after DE transaction has been completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the instrument is getting used then the same should be updated in the instrument status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch DEDJNLON screen.
2. Input the journal entry details. Dr account with cheque no and cr GL.
3. Save the transaction.
4. Authorize the transaction in DEDBTTOT screen.
5. Verify the status of the cheque in CADCHBOO screen.
