OFSAA Compliance Regulatory Reporting Date Format Does Not Match ECM (Doc ID 2978885.1)

Date format in the E-File Status and Acknowledgement subtabs of the SAR module do not match the rest of the SAR module or ECM. request is to change the date format on these tabs from DD/MM/YYYY (current) to MM/DD/YYYY

 Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1. Login to USSAR
2.Navigate to regulatory file reports
3. Chose any report and click on approved reports for eg : you can see the
format in DD/MM/YYYY
4. Now click on Efile status tab and acknowledgement tab , you can see the
format in DD/MM/YYYY.
