CL Account Transfer to Target Branch With Settlement Instruction And Limits Data (Doc ID 2978916.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During CL account transfer using the screen STDBRNTR system is successfully transferring the CL account but the settlement tables and limit table details are not transferred to the target branch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ELCM and settlement instruments should be transferred to target branch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDBRNTR screen
2. Input the source and target branch and the accounts to be transferred
3. Run EOD
4. Verify whether all the accounts have been transferred to target branch.
