ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank facing an issue when system insert Null UDE_Value in ictm_Acc_udevals against MUDARABAH_RATE UDE ID on PDM Exclusion batch execution. If the UDE_VALUE is null system doesn't allow any account modification.

On initial finding from debugs, it's observed that NVL is missing in STPKS_PROFIT_POOL package on Insert and update after ''after the 3rd loop'' debug.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting results are System should insert 0 instead of Null value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run exclusion batch and check the accounts which were excluded last month but now should be included this month.
2. Record is inserted in Ictm_Acc_Udevals for with UDE_VALUE as null for MUDARABAH_RATE UDE ID.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform any modification on account.
