Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While making partial loan repayment, "Repayment Amount" is auto-populated with "Total O/S Loan amount"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
While making partial loan repayment, "Repayment Amount" text field should be empty.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with retail user
2. Navigate to "My accounts->Loans & Finances->Loans & Repayment"
3. Select "Partial" radio button.
