Symptoms

While modifying the facility through webservice ELFacilityService, system is throwing following error aRequest check issue through webservice ELCM

ERROR

GW-ROUT0003 No data found for the service, operation and source combination


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send Request XML to ELFacilityService to modify Facility.
2. Verify the Response received.
