STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In latest UAT, book RTGS transaction on holiday
2. Check in next working day, these transaction are processed by FV job

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the accounting entries for specific RTGS transaction in OBPM and in FCUBS.

Changes

Application changes will update the status as complete and does not trigger new entity creation if entity is already created.
