ACCREVAL Batch Failure In POSTEOTI_1 Stage (Doc ID 2979185.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
 
ACCREVAL batch was aborted in POSTEOTI_1 with the below errors :

Acpks_Custbal_Process--> When others bombed in Fn_Insert_Withdrawable_Ent with SQL ERRORORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FCUBS"."STTM_WITHDRAWABLE_ENTRIES"."TXN_DATE")
Acpks_Custbal_Process--> When others bombed in Fn_Process_Txn with SQL ERRORORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value
acpks_misc ==>failed in custbal_process fn _process txn
 

Expected Behavior

ACCREVAL batch should not abort and also the EOD should get success.
 
 
Steps

1. Run EOD for the ACCREVAL batch
