OBP Auto Jobs (PMSAJBPR) Not Executing Correctly On Next Execution Date

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank is using OBPM 14.5.4.0.0 Standalone. We have 3 jobs set up in PMSAJBPR screen for 1) Future Value Txn, 2) Network Cutoff Queue, and 3) Process Cutoff Queue. The jobs are expected to run everyday at respective timings as maintained in PMSAJBPR.
However, we could observe that 2 jobs (PQDPRCUQ AND PQDNETCQ) did not execute successfully on 25th July 2023 and status is Pending in PMTB_JOB_RUN_MASTER for these jobs and next execution date is not updated to 26th July for these jobs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

AutoJob has to be run on specific time as per maintenance.
