Actual Behaviour: When user attempts to perform multi authorization in funtionid 9007 and 9008, error WB-TXN-002 displays

Expected Behaviour: Multi authorization in 9007/9008 screen should complete without any error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable multi authorization for 9007 and 9008 function
2. During last authorization, check error WB-TXN-002 displays and transaction assigns back to maker

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do last authorization in multi authorization enabled 9007 and 9008 screen.

Changes

Application changes released to skip validation of whether debit/credit is same account/GL for "Transfer Cash from Vault" or "Transfer Cash to Vault" transactions (9007/9008 function id)
