Symptoms

Cannot Create Manual Status Change through Webservice. System throwing following error.

ERROR

ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled Exception.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare CreateManualStatusChange request by sending from status as NORM and To status as SPMN
2. Send the request to FCUBSCLService
3. Verify the response.
