ELCM ELPoolService Modify Operation Failing With GW-ROUT0003 , ST-SAVE-008 Errors (Doc ID 2979514.1)

Symptoms

System is throwing error while modifying collateral pool through webservice ELCM ELPoolService

GW-ROUT0003   No data found for the service, operation and source combination

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send modifycollateralPool request to ELPoolService
2. Verify the Response received from the webservice.



Changes

 In "gwtm_gateway_functions" to have the correct Action (MODIFY) and Function Id (GEDMPOOL) and the operation to be used is "Modifycollateralpool" and not "ModifyCollateralPool". With this the GW-ROUT0003 error was resolved but a different error ST-SAVE-008 was thrown.
