Field Values Are Not Saved for Templates and Drafts in Initiate Letter of Credit (Doc ID 2979532.1)

For Initiate Letter of Credit(LC) on saving template and drafts below field values are not saved.
1. Accountee
2. Type of Documentary credit
3. Revolving


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Values while creating template and drafts should be saved .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Create LC.
3. Save as template. Notice the above mentioned fields are not saved.
4. Similarly when saving draft the above mentioned values are not saved.
