ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SWIFT2023 :: System truncates the characters incorrectly in 78D of MT710 if it exceeds 780 character

We have an issue where user fills the texts(more than 780 characters) under FFT 78DINSTOINTB of MT710. As per the Swift, tag 78D can capture up to 780 characters (65*12).
So system should truncate the additional characters from the FFT text and should send only 780 character in 78D tag of MT710. However the truncating of text is not happening Properly.
It truncates the texts and send the text in 78D, which is less than 780 character.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the SWIFT, system should truncate the additional texts and send 780 characters in 78D of MT710 message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book one export LC with ATB
2. Fill the texts(more than 780 characters) under FFT 78DINSTOINTB of MT710
3. Save the export LC
4. Check the message of MT710, system truncates the texts under 78D at any number(which is less than 780 characters) and sends to SWIFT.
- This is not as expected. As per the SWIFT, system should truncate the additional texts and send 780 characters in 78D of MT710 message.
