Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Metro2 Account Not Selected for Reporting

Do you know why this account would stop reporting and then pick back up again?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should stop reporting the account to Metro-2 once it is stopped reporting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take ac ACTIVE account
2. Make the full payment and PAIDOFF the account
3. Run the Metro-2 for couple of months and verify the account is reporting
4. After 2 months run the Metro-2 for 3rd month and verify the account should stop reporting
5. After 4 months Close the account by posting ACCUNT CLOSE transaction.
6. Then run the Metro-2 for the closed month
6. Verify the Metro-2 data. System should not report the account again.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accounts are incorrectly reporting to Metro-2
