'Draft Payable At' country should not be selected by default on adhoc demand draft confirmation screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to Payments > demand draft > adhoc demand draft
3. Choose domestic or international and fill the required details and submit
4. In confirmation screen choose "add as payee" option
5. Please check that In add demand draft payee screen draft payable at field is auto filled as 'Andorra'.
