"Invalid address details." Error Is Displayed on Initiate Letter of Credit Screen (Doc ID 2979763.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to initiate Letter of Credit (LC), following error occurs.

"Invalid address details."

In logs:
Caused by: com.ofss.fc.infra.validation.exception.BusinessPolicyViolationException: Letter Of Credit update Failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Trade Finance >Letter of credit > Import Letter of credit > Initiate Letter of credit
3. Fill all the LC details for the contract
4. In Instruction tab, select the swift code for Advising bank and Advising through Bank.
5. In confirmation instruction, select 'Confirm' and Requested confirmation party as 'Advising Bank' or 'Advising through Bank'.
6. In Attachment tab, select save as template and above mentioned error will get popup.
