Symptoms
When attempting to amend Outward Bank Guarantee(BG), on selecting any BG contract,
following error occurs.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward Bank Guarantee-->Amend Bank Guarantee
3. Select any contract from the list
