ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction Failure(Exception) Reason is not available on Transaction details page of Payment status Inquiry for failed transactions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction Failure Reason should be updated as per current available status and reason in Host for all completed transactions on Payment status Inquiry page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Payments-->Inquiries-->Payment Status Inquiry
3. Apply filter, search
