Error 'No Validation Is Defined for the Field' Is Appearing While Saving Template on Outward Bank Guarantee Screen (Doc ID 2981211.1)

Symptoms

While saving template for outward Bank Guarantee(BG) following error occurs on outward BG screen,

ERROR 
-----------------------
No validation is defined for the field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
-----------------------
Template should get saved when save as template selected as 'YES' and contract should get created when save as template selected as 'No' on outward BG screen.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
1. Navigate to Trade Finance -> Bank Guarantee->Outward BG> Initiate BG
2. Click on Initiate Outward BG.
3. Provide all the necessary details for all tabs and click on Next.
4. In Attachments tab, click on Save as Template to 'Yes' , Access Type to 'Public', provide the Template name and click on save icon below.
5. Not able to save template -> Nothing is happening on screen.


Case 2:
1. Navigate to Trade Finance -> Bank Guarantee ->Outward BG -> Initiate BG
2. Click on Initiate Outward BG.
3. Provide all the necessary details for all tabs and click on Next.
4. In Attachments tab, click on Save as Template to 'No' , check the I accept condition and click on Submit button.
5. Above error is displayed.
